MINDEF describes each session as taking about 1.5 hours in total, including in-processing, out-processing and the safety briefing. Busy sessions and large groups can stretch it โ if you have a hard commitment afterwards, leave a buffer rather than booking back-to-back.
Your actual tested effort is tiny: 1 minute of push-ups, 1 minute of sit-ups, and your 2.4km run (roughly 9โ18 minutes depending on pace). Everything else is process โ which is why arriving early and having your documents and attire ready is the easiest time-saver.
